Countryside Properties pride themselves on the homes at Heatley Mere. They have been designed with expandable areas available in some plots, open plan spaces and high quality internal fixtures and fittings. Living at Heatley Mere brings the traditional village into your contemporary home.

DESIGNER KITCHENS

All kitchens feature 1½ bowl sink and drainer in stainless steel, single lever mixer taps, laminate worktops and chrome tri-lighting.
Ceramic floor tiles are supplied to ground floor, Karndean flooring if on first floor.
Stainless steel appliances are installed as standard in most properties and include ‘A’ rated single electric oven and ‘A’ rated integrated fridge freezer as well as gas hob with stainless steel splash back and 60cm stainless steel chimney hood.
Kitchen Layouts have been designed to accommodate additional appliances as requested by clients, as well as appliance upgrades. Please ask our Sales Staff for further details.

BATHROOMS / ENSUITES / CLOAKROOMS

All sanitaryware is in white and includes cistern/pan, washbasin and pedestal.
Basin mixers are chrome.
Tiling is full height to shower enclosures and over bath showers, and half height to standalone baths. 3 tile splashbacks are provided to basins.
Shaver sockets are provided to main bathrooms.
Chrome shower enclosures with clear glass.
Chrome thermastatic shower.

PLUMBING AND HEATING

Gas fired boiler heating system.
External cold water tap to rear garden or integral/attached to garage.

ELECTRICAL

TV socket outlets in lounge, study and master bedroom.
B.T. line to be provided with outlets in living room, study, kitchen or family/breakfast, and master bedroom.
Mains powered smoke detectors.
Lighting ranges include, as appropriate, fully recessed non-transformer down lighters with white surrounds (4 bedroom units only).
All sockets and switches to be white plastic with a chrome upgrade available.

JOINERY AND DECORATION

Silver mirror/silver frame design wardrobe to master bedroom.
White Oak appearance doors with polished chrome lever handles on round rose.
White matt emulsion to walls and ceilings and white gloss to all woodwork.
